OpenedLeads is operated by GREEN RESEARCH LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
When you create an agency account we store your work email address, your agency name, an optional phone number, and a cryptographic hash of your password. We never store your password itself, and we cannot recover it.
When you buy credits, the card details are entered directly into a payment form served by Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive from Stripe only the amount, the currency, the outcome, and an identifier for the payment.
We record every credit movement on your account — purchases, the sign-up bonus, unlocks and refunds — so that your balance can always be explained.
The leads we sell are business contact details — company name, trade, city, business phone number, business email address, and a public web presence — gathered from publicly available sources. They are business contact details, not personal consumer data. If you are a business owner and want your details removed from our catalogue, write to us at the address at the bottom of this page and we will remove them.
We do not sell or rent your account information to anyone. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. We do not send you marketing email you did not ask for.
Stripe, Inc. processes payments and receives what is needed to charge your card. Our email provider delivers transactional messages. Our hosting provider stores the data. Nobody else.
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as the account exists and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax rules. You can ask us to close your account and delete what is not legally required to be retained.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will answer within thirty days.
We set one cookie, and only after you sign in: it identifies your session so you stay signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
We build previews for businesses that appear publicly on maps and directories: name, address, phone, opening hours, public photos and reviews, and a business email address where one is published. We use it to build your preview and to write to you once about it.
You never gave us this and never asked us to write. That is why every message carries a one-click link that stops us writing again, and why we honour it immediately and permanently.
We hold what is needed to run the service: your name and email, the content of your site, the messages you send us, and — if you buy a domain — the contact details the registrar requires by law. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
If you look at your preview and do not activate it, your business may be offered as a sales lead to marketing agencies through OpenedLeads — the service described in part one, run by the same company. The moment you activate your site you are our customer and you are removed from that catalogue. You can ask to be removed at any time, before or after, by writing to us.
Preview data: up to twenty-four months unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Customer data: while the site is live, plus the years tax law requires. Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at web@2hoursite.com — we answer within thirty days, usually the same day.
